North Greens Golf Course first opened for play in 1997. The course was designed by William J. Spear.
Six different lakes surround the course perimeter and come into play. Nearly all the fairways are dogleg configurations and most of the greens are flat. Sand bunkers and water hazards line the sides of the fairways on most holes.
The course can be played as a double loop 18-hole challenge with a par of 72. From the back tees, the course plays to 6,780 yards. From the forward tees, the course measures 5,908 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 6, a par-5 that plays to 565 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 182 yards from the back tees. This is also the signature hole. It features a green that is surrounded by a lake and shaped similar to a horseshoe.
Watch out for # 7, a 428-yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole is # 10, a 369 yard par-4.
